TONOS is a smart SaaS application that helps reduce capacity shortages in elderly care and disability care.
TONOS achieves this by quickly and flexibly creating optimal shifts, routes, and basic schedules using AI. The care needs of clients are automatically balanced with available care capacity within minutes. Subsequently, shifts and routes can be automatically filled with a basic schedule that takes into account the preferences of care workers regarding when they want to work, prefer to consult, or do not want to work.
