The Vivica platform is a multidisciplinary platform consisting of a dashboard accessible to all coaches and healthcare providers, and an app for participants or patients. With modules covering physical activity, dietetics, relaxation, sleep and recovery, smoking, alcohol, and education, Vivica supports the implementation of lifestyle interventions and hospital care pathways such as rehabilitation after heart failure, monitoring chronic patients, and personalized support for patients in oncological trajectories. Vivica facilitates collaboration in the region among various stakeholders around the patient.
